A buggy gives you a larger, more stable platform for exploring the desert around Merzouga, with more power under you as you move across sand tracks and dune terrain. It is a different feel from a quad — more enclosed, more planted on the sand, and built for tackling the dunes of Erg Chebbi directly.

Like our quad experience, buggy rides run by the hour, so you can choose a duration that fits your day. Our team accompanies you and adapts the route to the terrain and conditions on the day.

The Terrain

Erg Chebbi is a sand sea of dunes reaching up to roughly 150 metres, bordered by firmer desert flats. A buggy handles this shifting terrain confidently, moving between packed sand tracks and softer dune slopes as the route allows.
